Break these rules at your own risk
Heavy Items, Small Boxes
Books, tools, and dishes go in small boxes. A 50-pound box of books is a back injury waiting to happen.
Never Use Newspaper
The ink transfers to everything. Use packing paper, bubble wrap, or clean newsprint—never printed newspaper.
Fill Every Gap
Items break when they shift. Fill every empty space with paper, bubble wrap, or packing peanuts.
Label on Three Sides
You never know which side will face out. Label the top and two sides so you can always read it.
